Thank you for supporting City to Summit Road Rally. Please review our refund policy carefully before registering.
1. Registration Fees
All vehicle registration fees ($50) are non-refundable. Since the proceeds go towards supporting our six community causes and organizing the event, we cannot offer refunds once a registration is processed. However, you may transfer your registration to another team up to 48 hours before the rally begins.
2. Pledges and Donations
All pledges and direct donations are final and non-refundable.
3. Merchandise
Merchandise orders can be refunded or exchanged if the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
4. Event Cancellation
If the rally is canceled due to extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work to reschedule the event. Registration fees will be applied to the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, your fee will be converted into a tax-deductible donation.
