By registering for and participating in the City to Summit Road Rally, you agree to the following terms.
1. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participating in the City to Summit Road Rally involves inherent risks, including but not limited to traffic accidents, vehicle damage, property damage, personal injury, or death. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
2. Compliance with Laws
You agree to obey all traffic laws, speed limits, and regulations. City to Summit Road Rally is a non-competitive event. It is NOT a race. Any participant found driving recklessly or breaking the law will be immediately disqualified and banned from future events.
3. Release of Liability
You hereby release, waive, and forever discharge City to Summit Road Rally, its organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of any loss, damage, or injury sustained while participating in the event.
4. Vehicle Insurance & Licensing
You confirm that your vehicle is fully insured and street legal, and that the primary driver possesses a valid driver's license.
